Acupressure Set with Mat and Pillow

Our acupressure set stimulates the body's acupressure points, promotes energy flow, revitalises and balances, and is an effective way to alleviate back pain and encourage muscle relaxation. With the acupressure mat, you can naturally reduce muscle tension and back pain by simply lying on the mat for 10-30 minutes daily.

Tension and back pain have become common ailments. Many tensions are located in the neck but radiate to the head as well. With this relaxing acupressure set, you can treat both your back and neck simultaneously.

Acupressure releases endorphins that block pain and helps relax the muscles in the back, neck, and feet.

Full Support

The padded foam mat is large enough to cover the entire back. This set also includes a pillow covered with acupressure points for neck support and more holistic pain relief.

Relaxed & Reduces Stress

Lean back and relax on this “needle bed” to massage pressure points that help loosen tense muscles and relieve stress. Use it before bedtime to help you relax.

INCREASED ENERGY & CIRCULATION - Thousands of acupressure points stimulate the nerves and improve blood flow for more energy and faster muscle relaxation, making it great for people who sit at a desk daily, as well as for active individuals and athletes.

The acupressure set is made from 100% thick cotton and plant-based eco-foam. The acupressure mat has 6,210 acupressure points and the pillow has 1,782 acupressure points.

What is Acupressure?

Acupressure is one of the oldest treatments in the world. Most people know that you instinctively press on a tense muscle to relax it, or place your hand on painful areas. It’s the same principle with acupressure – where you feel tense or where it hurts, you press, and then the pain or tension disappears. With acupressure, you can influence practically all complaints in the body such as headaches, dizziness, tension, back pain, etc. Acupressure is also known to influence and treat many emotional and mental states that manifest in physical pain.
